What you earn
We pay you, not the developer.
1% of the facility on your first introduction. 0.5% on every further loan that developer takes from us for the next 24 months. Paid within 10 business days of drawdown.
One introduction
Introduce a developer who borrows €2m four times, and that one introduction is worth €50,000.
Your introduction is protected
We register every introduction for 24 months. If that developer comes to us directly in that time, you are still paid. We will not approach a developer you introduced except through you.

How do I submit a deal?
Through our simple online submission form. It takes a few minutes and you'll receive a reference for tracking.
When and how am I paid?
Within 10 business days of drawdown, by bank transfer, on our invoice approval. We pay you directly — the developer is not charged a broker fee.
What happens if my developer comes back without me?
Your introduction is registered for 24 months. Any loan that developer takes from us in that period pays you 0.5%, whether they came through you or not.
Will I stay involved after introducing the deal?
Yes. We keep introducing partners informed as underwriting progresses — you stay part of the deal.
